These rooms are available to hire (subject to availability) on both a casual and regular (weekly) basis. Please download the Room Hire Booking Agreement PDF, complete and return. We will get back to you to confirm that the room is available.

No alcohol can be consumed on the premises

• The maximum capacity for the main hall (Full Meeting Room) is 80 people
• The Full Meeting room is available on a Saturday from 12noon up to 10pm (casual hire only)
• The Full Meeting room is available on a Sunday from 2pm up to 7pm every 2nd Sunday (casual hire only)
• Hireage is payable from the time you arrive until the time you leave, ie you need to allow for set up and clean up time when you book
• A refundable $200 bond is payable at the time of booking
• Hireage fees are payable a few days before the event when you come to collect a swipecard
• Chairs and tables are included free of charge
• The kitchen and bathroom facilities are included with room hire
• If you wish to bring a bouncy castle (for outside use only) we will charge you $20 for the power
• Bookings are at the discretion of management
